Are you a qualified personal trainer looking for affordable, flexible space to train your clients?

The Space:
Train your clients Mon-Sun, 5am-10pm outside of our group class hours. Perfect for 1-on-1s and small groups.

Location & Amenities:
- 10 minutes walk to Earlsfield Overground and Southfields Underground stations
- Shower facilities for you and your clients
- Private office for consultations with complimentary coffee

The Terms (Fixed):
- £400/month – that's it. No additional fees, no hourly rates, no class cuts.
- You set your own rates – charge what your clients are worth.
- Full availability outside class hours (see schedule below).

What We Require:
- Level 3 PT Certificate (CIMSPA/REPS or equivalent) – copy required
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance – proof required before start date

Class Hours (Space Unavailable):
Mon: 6:15–8:15am, 12:15–1:15pm, 5.30-7.30pm
Tue: 6:15–8:15am, 12:15–1:15pm, 5.30-8.30pm
Wed: 6:15–8:15am, 12:15–1:15pm, 5.30-7.30pm
Thu: 6:15–8:15am, 12:15–1:15pm, 6.30-7.30pm
Fri: 6:15–8:15am, 12:15–1:15pm
Sat: 8:00–10:30am
Sun: 9:30–11:30am
