Available Desks

There are 3 desks currently available. Prices range from £200 to £250 to £300 depending on size and location of the desk in the space.All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, business rates, weakly cleaner and 400mb fibre broadband. Terms are one month’s deposit plus one month in advance, paid by standing order, with three months’ notice to quit.


The Space

The desks are on the open-plan first floor. Unlike other units in the Yards, this studio has a brand new kitchen, central heating, and an indoor toilet — small things that make a real difference day-to-day.

Access is 24/7, and the Yard is secure, with large wrought iron gates locked evenings and weekends.


The Location

You’re well-connected here. Kennington tube (one stop from Waterloo) and Elephant & Castle tube and Thameslink stations are all a five-minute walk, with numerous bus routes on the doorstep. The South Bank and Borough Market are just a mile away, and the Electric Elephant café is right next door, with pubs and restaurants a short walk towards Kennington.
