Our studio site at London City Island, Canning Town, E14 is located in a modern co-working space full of natural light, equipped with fast broadband, breakout space and a kitchen, in an engaging working environment of 30 artists, creative entrepreneurs and designers.

The site has currently two spaces available for practitioners, freelancers, creative businesses and SME’s across all creative industries, one of these spaces could be used as desk spaces.

Studio rate (utilities on top, £25-£45 pounds per month) :

Available on Now:
Studio U16, Studio #7, 110sqft, Semi Open
Pricing: £193 for artists / £275 for Creative Businesses [electricity on top (£25-35 per month, billed quarterly)].

Available immediately:
Desk spaces - Artist - £115 per month / £175 for Creative Businesses with bills included.

Permitted Use: Artist studios and offices for tech or creative businesses
Not Suitable For:
- Oil painting or any practice involving spirits and solvents.
- Retail (private workspace, not open to the public)
- Music production (unless using headphones, as there are no soundproof studios)
- Work involving open flames, the use of chemicals, or any activity that generates strong fumes or odours
- Businesses involving food or perishable goods are excluded, as our insurance does not cover the specialised storage and handling requirements for these types of products.

Pets: Not permitted on the premises

Contract & Pricing
Term: Minimum 3 months, followed by a 1-month notice period for termination
Deposit: Equivalent to 2 months’ rent
Utilities: Electricity bill on top of rent (25-45 GBP per month)
Studio Sharing: £25/month per additional user (one person on the contract is responsible for rent collection and payment to arebyte; contact details of sharers required)
