Description
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who loves bold , flavorful cooking and has experience preparing authentic Soul Food and Caribbean dishes. You’ll be working in a friendly, fast-paced environment where quality and consistency matter.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Soul Food and Caribbean-inspired meals to a high standard.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety at all times.
Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas for daily specials.
Manage prep efficiently to meet service times.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Wednesday through Sunday.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Caribbean and/or American cuisine.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Reliable, punctual, and passionate about good food.
Food hygiene and safety awareness.
