Description
We are looking for a *female live-in carer for a young lady with a high-level spinal injury and complex care needs, 2:1. (10 days on 10 days off to begin with)
Quiet, private lady, living in a peaceful location. 5 minutes walk from train station with direct line to London. Local shop a few minutes walk away, car not required.
Duties include, but not limited to:
personal care,
moving and handling (using a hoist), medication,
preparing meals,
laundry and everyday cleaning activities.
Shopping is done online or at the local shops.
Must have good English, references for jobs in the UK, DBS, and the right to work in the UK.
Experience of spinal injury useful but not essential. Full training provided.
Use of comfortable bedroom with wifi, separate bathroom and kitchen shared with one more colleague.
No agencies, individual carers only will be considered.
