Hi, am selling my caravan for £20k
The caravan is a willerby avonmore 2013.
It can stay on the park at Abbeyffordds till 2032, then can upgrade/exchange
It’s a 2 bedroom, with pullout sofa, 2 bathrooms.
Comes fully furnished, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms all brand new furnishings in, like air fryer, Hoover, bedding, tv etc
It has 2 big gas bottles that’s a full on, it also has been insured till April 2027.
Site fees paid this year, water fees are included in site fees which are £4995.
Double glazed, central heating.
The caravan has just had decking fitted.
With it being apart of Lyons you can use there other parks too and also get a member card to get discounts.
It’s a pet friendly park.
