We had part of our garden laid with artificial grass. Archie and the team were efficient, arriving on time each, great communication, tidied up as they worked and finished in a timely manner. Great value for money

We hired Smiths Home Improvements and Landscapes, after requesting a quote. They were quick to respond and were very professional and informative on our ideas. They came to do the work in a few days. Archie, Jack & Dylan were very hard working and have completed the work to a very high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you 😊

Archie came and gave us a quote and I explained what I wanted and he gave me a few ideas and he said he would work out a quote and get back to me asap which he did the same day . I had previously had someone give me a quote two weeks previous and then not reply to me when I chased them up so this was amazing customer service. We agreed to go ahead as the price was very competitive. Archie agreed a date with us and set the ball rolling .I am so glad we chose this company as they always turned up on time and if they were going to be a little later they always communicated with me to let me know . Kept me informed all the way along and checked with me in minor detail just to make sure which I really appreciated. Eventually towards the end of the job Archie let me know when it would be finished. I was pleased that they were very polite nothing was too much trouble and they cleared up every day afterwards . I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wants any home improvements or landscaping as as we have been let down in the past. Archie has restored my faith in tradesmen such a genuine and honest team.
