From the initial quotation through to completion, Andy and his team were professional, friendly and reliable. They arrived when promised, carried out the work efficiently and completed the job the same day. The difference in the appearance of the roof is incredible – it was much dirtier than I realised, and you could actually see the dirt and moss being removed during the cleaning process. The team replaced a number of broken tiles and thoroughly inspected the roof. What impressed me most was their honesty. Rather than recommending unnecessary work, they advised that my roof was actually in very good condition and that repointing was not required. That gave me a lot of confidence that they were acting in my best interests rather than trying to increase the bill. Andy regularly checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly, and the team worked hard from start to finish. The workmanship, communication and professionalism were excellent. The price was fair and reasonable, and I felt I received great value for the quality of work carried out.
