I can’t recommend Hydroshield Systems highly enough! From start to finish, their service was absolutely first-class. We had some serious damp issues in our home that other companies either misdiagnosed or overquoted for. The Hydroshield team came out promptly, carried out a detailed survey, and clearly explained what needed to be done and why.
The technicians were professional, punctual, and tidy — they treated our home with real care and respect. The work was completed efficiently.
They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was still perfect, which shows how much they value their customers.

Lyndon was a complete saint. Got back to me very quickly after I put the request out and was over the next day. He thoroughly diagnosed the extent of our damp problem and was transparent on costs and timeframes. He’s helped my family understand why we were all getting so sick (including my infant son) and given us the confidence to rectify the situation ASAP. Can’t thank him enough and would recommend him and the company to anyone.

Just had hydroshield systems do the repointing on my house, and I’m honestly blown away by how good it looks now. The guys were really friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole thing totally stress-free.
They showed up when they said they would, cracked on with the work, and kept everything tidy as they went. The mortar match is spot on — the brickwork looks cleaner, sharper, and way better than I expected.
What I loved most was how helpful they were. They explained what they were doing, answered all my random questions, and kept me updated without me even having to ask. Proper good customer service.
I’ve already had neighbours stop me to say how great the front of the house looks. I genuinely can’t stop looking at it — it’s such a huge improvement.
If you need any repointing done, honestly just go with Hydroshield systems. Great people, great work, great price. Couldn’t ask for more!

I highly recommend Hydroshield. Lyndon arrived the day after I put my request in to give me a quote and the work was carried out within 2 days. He and Justin did a full damp proof course around the house and even went the extra mile to move a down pipe that was out of sync. The property was left clean and tidy when finished. Definitely get in touch with Lyndon if you have a damp problem. Very friendly team
