I have phoned three times since 16th April and left messages, not once has anyone returned my calls. What confidence are you giving your customers when you do not return calls. God forbid had you done a job for me and i needed you to rectify a problem, i would have no chance! Why do you go through the trouble of advertising then not respond to potential customers? These reviews are not just for work done but also potential/customers experiance.

25 year guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on I've called several times to try and get a leak resolved and got no were substandard workmanship stay well clear of them

How these companies stay in business is beyond me, I had an appointment for a call out, took a day off work and waited in all day, no one called out, tried, endlessly to phone their office, no answer, imagine if you had work done and there was a problem!!! no one answers the phone, my advise is, don't waste your time, go elsewhere

The initial quote was reasonable, but unexpected charges were added later without clear explanation. The roof repair was completed, but the lack of transparency left me feeling dissatisfied.

The roofing installation took much longer than promised, and communication throughout the project was poor. While the roof looks acceptable, the delays and lack of updates made the process frustrating.
