Tamesis Dock & The Battersea Barge are quirky barges permanently moored near Vauxhall & Nine Elms, we do live music, events, food and drinks.
Job Summary
To help deliver the customer experience and exceptional relaxed service
Bring the best out of the teams, train, develop and lead.
What we're looking for
Must have bar experience (ideally quick service).
Positive, driven, self motivated, hard working, proactive, able to work independently and has the experience to know what to do, focused and a team player. DMN events experience a bonus! Good at the boring dull admin checks and balances.
What we offer

We're 2 permanently moored boats on the river (Tamesis Dock & The Battersea Barge)- pub/ bar, live music & event spaces which offer food and drinks (we make our own pizzas but would like to expand this).
We've hosted wide range of events from birthdays to corporate and weddings (including Dawn Porter & Chris O Dowd's wedding) as well as bands including Bastille & Local Natives. We're quirky, have personality and a very loved part of the community and been credited in numerous publications eg London's best Beer Gardens (Topjaw),Londons best Quirky bars & Pubs (Time Out), 5 Stunning Bars around the World (Conde Nast Traveller), UK's 20 Best Waterside Pubs (The Guardian), Londons Top 10 Pubs by the River Thames (The Financial Times) ...
We're exceptionally busy but also seasonal and can be very quiet. We're going in to our busy period and looking for a team that can keep the boats ship shape !
