A local couple is required to live in and manager Havercroft Sports and Social Club, Cow Lane, Havercroft WF4 2HF near Wakefield.
The premises has a large bar lounge with a pleasant outlook to the rear and has been expensively refurbished to a very high standard throughout. The management couple must be enthusiastic and have good social and conversational skill to gradually build the trade.
£1,000 fidelity bond essential.
