Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

Children: G (2 years) & B (3.5 years)

Location: Crouch End, North London

Salary: £18–£25 net per hour

We are seeking an incredibly warm, capable and professional Nanny / PA to join a kind, welcoming family in Crouch End on a long-term basis. This is a genuinely lovely role for someone looking to build a lasting relationship with a family who value trust, consistency and care.

The children have been lovingly cared for by their grandparents, who will be relocating in April. The role will therefore involve a thoughtful handover and transition period, allowing the children to settle comfortably with their new nanny.

The role is primarily childcare-focused, with an emphasis on lots of free play, imaginative activities and time outdoors. The family keep screen time to a minimum and would love a nanny who enjoys being fully engaged and present with the children.

Alongside childcare, duties include children’s laundry, light household support and preparing simple, healthy meals for the children. A candidate who enjoys cooking and is flexible to occasionally prepare extra food for the parents would be warmly welcomed, though this is not essential. A cleaner is employed.

There will also be some light PA-style support for the parents, both of whom have demanding professional lives (one parent is a partner in a law firm and the other runs their own business). Organisation, initiative and a calm, capable approach will be key.

Driving is essential and non-negotiable. The family provides two cars.

Additional hours may be available during the summer months. There is no travel required, as the parents prioritise spending holidays together with their children. The household has no pets.

The most important element of this role is finding a nanny who is genuinely kind, professional and looking for a long-term position with a warm and appreciative family.
