Role: Nanny

Care for: 4 children

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 3:30pm – 7:30pm

• Friday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm

• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 6:30pm (every other weekend)

Hours:

• 40 hours per week (on weeks with weekend cover)

• 21 hours per week (on alternate weeks)

Location: Holland Park, W11

Salary: £80,000 gross per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of a UHNW family for an experienced and highly capable Nanny to support their four children, all of whom are in full-time education. This is a senior, long-term role suited to a confident professional nanny who is comfortable managing multiple schedules, working with autonomy, and operating within a fully staffed household.

You will be responsible for the full care of the children during your working hours, providing structure, consistency, and a calm, organised presence within a busy family environment. You will manage the children’s diaries, coordinate after-school activities and clubs, organise playdates, and liaise with schools, tutors, and parents as required. Supporting and supervising homework, overseeing routines, and ensuring the smooth running of the children’s day-to-day schedules will form a key part of the role.

Working closely with the parents and household team, you will ensure clear communication and continuity of care, taking responsibility for the children’s welfare, development, and emotional well-being. The family is seeking a nanny who is engaging, reliable, and confident building strong relationships with the children, while maintaining appropriate boundaries and structure.

This is a childcare-focused role with no housekeeping duties, as the household is fully staffed. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of organisation, flexibility, and discretion, and to work comfortably with both sole and shared charge depending on the family’s needs.

International travel is required as part of the role; however, this is flexible, and you will not be expected to accompany the family on every trip.

A confident driver is required, with a car provided for use on duty.
