Days/Hours: Monday – Saturday / 10:30am – 7:30pm (initially 24/6)

Location: Central London with extensive international travel

Accommodation: Open to live-in or live-out

Salary: Up to £80,000 gross per annum, DOE

Start Date: ASAP (ideally mid–February 2025)

We are assisting a warm, welcoming family in their search for an experienced full-time professional to support the care and development of their nine-month-old baby girl. This role offers the opportunity to step into a well-organised, fully staffed household and work collaboratively within an established team environment.

The baby has been supported by a maternity nurse since birth, who will remain in place until February, allowing for a calm, structured handover. While she is not yet fully sleeping through the night, this is expected to improve, and some short-term flexibility with overnight support may be appreciated. This would not be a long-term requirement.

The position operates on a six-day schedule and centres on providing consistent, attentive, and developmentally focused care.

The role involves creating and maintaining a thoughtful daily rhythm, supporting early milestones, and offering a nurturing yet confident presence as the baby continues to grow.

You will be working alongside a house manager and two housekeepers in a fully staffed household. The environment is organised and respectful, with clear boundaries around responsibilities 0 no cleaning duties are required. The successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of a wider team and contributing positively to a calm, well-run home.

The family travels extensively for several months of the year, including extended stays in Europe and the United States. During travel periods, the role may involve proxy parenting, so flexibility, adaptability, and discretion are important aspects of the position.

The family is open to either a live-in or live-out arrangement and offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience and the overall scope of the role.
