Full time Nanny in West Hampstead - one 12 month old baby

TheyCare are looking for a nurturing, proactive, and fun-loving nanny to join a London based family and care for their energetic 14 month old boy

Start Date: January 2026

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm Location: Hampstead

Salary: The family are looking to pay up to £45,000, depending on experience

About the family

The family are a warm and loving family of 3 based in Hampstead, with a happy and active 14 month-old baby.

They are looking for a kind, capable and hands-on nanny. Someone nurturing, reliable, and genuinely engaged with children and their development.

The Nanny Role:


Sole care of the baby during the day, you will follow the family's routine of caring for the child, including weaning and nap schedule



Planning meals, food prep and weaning experience essential



Developmental and play-based activities that are age-appropriate, we want to encourage arts, crafts and other home-based activities



Support with age-appropriate learning and development



The child’s laundry and keeping their things tidy and organised



We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:


Warm, calm, and nurturing



Proactive and hands-on with daily routines, household flow, and fun activities that are suitable for a one-year-old



Experienced with toddlers in a home setting



DBS checked (or happy to apply) and First Aid trained – TheyCare can help you access any required training




Proactive in the household, helps with food prep and weaning, and contributes to the child's development and curiosity
