Finished in classic Almond Green with an Old English White roof, complemented by Porcelain Green and Dove Grey interior trim, its heritage is fully documented with a Heritage Certificate. Purchased for the prestigious Hamilton Collection, this already striking Mini was taken to an extraordinary level of craftsmanship with a full bare-metal restoration to Concours standard, a meticulous, no expenses spared endeavour. Every detail, from the original 1071 Cooper S engine block with ‘163’ cylinder head to the ventilated Cooper S steel wheels, have been restored to museum quality perfection. The interior remains beautifully preserved capturing the authentic feel of a 1964 BMC showroom.
Designed by Alec Issigonis and tuned for competition by John Cooper, the Mini Cooper S was nothing short of revolutionary.
