What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is automatically included when purchasing an item using the 'Buy Now' button. It offers:

• Secure Payments: Funds are held safely and only released once delivery is confirmed, or after you inspect the item in person and share your collection code.

• Refunds: Get a full refund of your item price and fees for delivery issues (e.g. non-delivery, damage in transit or item not as described), seller cancellations, or if you reject the item during pre-collection inspection.

• Transaction Monitoring: Ongoing security protection to help identify and act on suspicious behaviour, helping keep your transaction safer.

Note: For in-person collections, coverage ends once you inspect the item and share your collection code with the seller.
