Description
A PAIR OF GEORGE III SILVER SCISSOR SNUFFERS
by Abstinando King, London 1817, with pierced feather-edge handles. 16.5cm long
A very clear set of hallmarks. Plus additional hallmarks on each cast paper . Engraved letter on the underside. They appear to function correctly while retaining good spring , the snuffers lay flat and do not wobble. It is in good condition, commensurate with age and use.
A nice piece of Georgian silver .
