Commercial Gardener – Marlow (Long-Term Ongoing Role)

£12.80 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm | Driving Licence Essential

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Gardener to join a friendly team maintaining a stunning 110-acre corporate estate in Marlow. The site includes landscaped grounds, football pitches, tennis courts and even a mini golf course – so no two days are ever the same!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and wants a long-term, stable role. No experience is required – full training will be provided, and you’ll be working alongside two experienced team members.

What you’ll be doing:

General turf care: mowing, strimming, edging, weeding, blowing leaves

*

Pruning trees and shrubs

*

Planting trees, shrubs, flowers and bulbs

*

Lawn treatments including fertilising and overseeding

*

Using ride-on mowers, hedge trimmers, golf buggies and other equipment

*

Keeping grounds clean, safe and inviting

*

Seasonal tasks including snow and ice clearance

*

Supporting with equipment maintenance

What we’re looking for:

* Keen to work outdoors in all seasons

* Physically fit and hands-on

* Reliable, with a great team attitude

* Full UK driving licence (essential)
