Description

About Scrumconnect Consulting

Scrumconnect Consulting is a leading digital and agile consultancy supporting government and private sector organisations to deliver meaningful, user-centred services. We specialise in agile delivery, digital transformation, data, and emerging technologies, helping our clients solve complex problems and achieve real-world impact. At Scrumconnect, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, commitment to quality, and focus on developing talent at every stage of their career.

The Role

At Scrumconnect Consulting, we are passionate about delivering digital services that make a real difference in people’s lives. As a Graduate PMO (Project Management Office) Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our delivery teams, ensuring projects are planned, tracked, and managed effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in project management, working within an agile environment alongside experienced Delivery Managers, consultants, and technical teams. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to large-scale government and private sector programmes, while building strong foundations in governance, risk management, and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate PMO, you will:

*

Support Delivery Managers and Project Leads with governance and assurance activities.

*

Maintain accurate project plans, risk logs, and action trackers.

*

Assist in preparing and updating project reports, dashboards, and presentations.

*

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture actions.

*

Track project budgets, resourcing, and deliverables.

*

Help ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.

*

Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline PMO processes.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to have years of experience, we’ll provide training and mentoring to help you grow. We do expect you to bring:

*

A recent degree (any discipline, though business, management, or technology-related fields are a plus).

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

*

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships.

*

Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management or reporting tools is an advantage.

*

A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Why Join Scrumconnect Consulting?

At Scrumconnect, we’re more than just a consultancy — we’re a team that values openness, collaboration, and delivering meaningful outcomes. As a Graduate PMO, you’ll benefit from:

*

Mentoring and support from experienced professionals.

*

Exposure to exciting government and private sector projects.

*

A collaborative culture where your ideas and contributions matter. xjnqpsq
