We’re now looking for a Chair of the Board who shares our passion for making a difference. This is a unique opportunity to lead one of Sussex’s most respected social care and housing organisations, with a turnover of £32 million and a team of 850 dedicated staff. Becoming Southdown’s Chair means you will play a pivotal role in helping guide strategy, champion inclusion, and help shape services that transform lives for thousands of people. Key Responsibilities

As Chair, you’ll ensure strong governance, support and challenge our Chief Executive and leadership team. You will champion our values and represent Southdown to key partners and stakeholders.
