Junior Accountant

Description

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Accountant to join a market leading company in Slough.

As a Junior Accountant you will assist in accounting, budgeting and management reporting within the division. You will receive a competitive package and full study support

Responsibilities:

Assisting in preparation of month end accounts to meet reporting deadlines.Balance sheet reconciliations.Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts and reforecasting.Assisting with annual auditing.Ensure accurate accounting for inter-company transactions.Maintain the fixed asset register, including recording additions, disposals, and calculating depreciation.Assist in the preparation of VAT and intrastate reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in a finance or management accounts functionStudying towards ACCA or CIMAFully computer literate and an advanced user of ExcelAnalytical with excellent attention for detail and time management skills
