If you're ready to move beyond the routine and make your mark in a forward-thinking environment, this is the opportunity for you.Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for:Leading the delivery of corporate tax services for a diverse client portfolioOverseeing and developing a team, delegating work and supporting their growthProviding technical advice on complex tax matters and supporting tax planning projectsManaging client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring exceptional serviceReviewing complex corporation tax returns and group submissionsDriving new business by preparing proposals, fee quotes, and attending client tendersDelivering departmental training and sharing technical knowledge with the teamReviewing WIP monthly, ensuring fees are raised and provisions are updatedChampioning new technologies and more efficient ways of workingSupporting team management, including holiday approvals and participating in interviews for new hiresWhat you will need:Previous experience in a similar role such as Corporate Tax Manager, Tax Supervisor, or Senior Tax Advisor within an accountancy practiceA recognised accountancy or tax qualification (e.g. ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA) or qualified by experienceStrong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax and complianceProven ability to manage a portfolio of clients with complex needsExperience leading and developing teamsExcellent communication skills and the confidence to advise clients and colleaguesA proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-makingWhat you will get:Flexible working arrangements built around you and your clientsThe chance to shape how tax services are delivered and influence business growthOngoing professional development and the opportunity to deliver trainingA supportive team environment where your ideas are welcomedCompetitive salary and benefits package (please provide details of holiday, pension, and any additional benefits to complete this section)If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or LinkedIn PDF.
