They have a fantastic opportunity to join their collections team, helping provide customers with financial support and finding a positive outcome to ease their financial worries.

As a customer service advisor you will be offering a dedicated customer service in the following ways:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients' customers with their outstanding debt

* Maintain up-to-date account notes in the customer database after each call

* Deliver high-quality service with a focus on treating customers fairly

To be considered for the this role you should have the following skillset:

* Possess excellent customer service skills from contact centre or face-to-face experience

* Strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences during every call

* Have strong verbal and written communication skills

* Confidently and empathetically handle challenging conversations

These are positions are based in their Glasgow City Centre office and are offering an immediate start. With a rotational shift pattern operating between Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm and Saturday: 9am - 4pm so a degree of flexibility is required.

The salary for this starts at £25K and rises to £26,500 after 2 years whilst offering the opportunity of earning up to £250 commission each month and a host of incentives such as regular prize draws and holiday giveaways.
