Description
ONE OWNER from new (March 2016)
Bike has never had any faults and still has no faults!
It is in excellent condition except for a 4cm scratch on fuel tank from being ‘keyed’ ☹
Currently mileage is 25,675 miles. Tracer has been used for longer rides/trips only, minimal cold running. Great bike to go touring. Comfortable and economical. Lifetime average fuel consumption is 56mpg with a best of 71mpg. I have had trips to Austria, Germany, Spain, France as well as all over the UK.
Bike has been serviced 7 times – so not every year but on average every 3,700 miles!
Good quality DID Chain and sprockets replaced 7,000 miles ago – and a chain oiler fitted at the same time. I got over 18,000 from original without a chain oiler.
Tyres (Metzler 01) have around 4,000m on them and I typically get 6,000m.
Standard equipment includes:
1. ABS and traction control
2. Multiple riding modes
3. LED headlights
4. LCD instrument display showing most things including gear selected, instant and average fuel, temps, etc.
5. Ignition immobilisation and Datadot theft protection.

1. Puig touring screen fitted – transforms bike compared with factory screen, so much less wind noise and zero buffeting
2. Auto chain oiler (Tutoro)
3. Givi top box rack and top box
4. Heated grips – Yamaha, 3 heat levels each individually settable
5. Factory lowering kit fitted (I have short legs, 30” inside leg). Easy to remove and reset to normal height
6. Front fender extension R&G
7. Crash protection - R&G front aero bungs and rear axle bobbins
8. Tank traction grips, clear, R&G
9. Louder horn!
