Roy responded very quickly to my request for a quote to fix my patio doors that were catching, which I really appreciated. It turned out not to be the easiest job, but he did a fantastic job getting everything working smoothly again. He was extremely friendly, professional and did everything with a smile. He also made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards even cleaning the glass, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely call Roy again in the future.
