Description
Excellent sturdy bench and weight set, bar plates and EZ curl bar. 100kg incl bar. Standard 1 inch hole all cast iron as shown. Bar is 5 ft solid spinlock 7kg. Ez curl is hollow. Weights are 2 x 20kg, 4 x 10kg, 6 x 1.25kg, 1 x 2.5kg (ideal for adding weight to leg extension), 6 x 0.5kg. The bench is a York 530 HD multifunction. Leg extension and 5 bench positions, decline, flat and 3 incline. May deliver. Dismantled with all bolts etc attached.
