Operations Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Operations Supervisor to join a busy, fast-paced fast food restaurant.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can take full control of shifts, support the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations without constant supervision.

Role Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service during busy periods
Leading shifts and supporting staff on the floor
Handling staff queries and resolving issues efficiently
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Carrying out daily compliance checks to ensure the store meets required standards
Ensuring stock rotation (FIFO) is followed correctly at all times
Completing and maintaining daily audit checks to ensure full operational compliance
Opening and closing the store when required
Managing stock, deliveries, and general organisation
Delivering excellent customer service and handling complaints professionally

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a fast food or high-volume hospitality environment
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage busy services
Proactive mindset – able to take initiative and solve problems
Reliable, punctual, and well organised
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Flexible availability – must be able to work long shifts and weekends
