**NOW HIRING – COUNTER CREW MEMBER**

**Location:** Lilycroft Road, Bradford, BD9 5AD

**Shift Hours:** Between 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

**Hours Available:** Up to approximately 43 hours per week

**Pay:** Competitive, based on experience

We’re looking for **reliable, confident and hardworking Counter Crew Members** to join our busy takeaway team.

This is a fast-paced environment, so we need people who are organised, confident dealing with customers and able to work well under pressure.

THE ROLE

• Taking customer orders at the counter and over the phone

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Processing orders accurately and efficiently

• Managing delivery orders and coordinating with drivers

• Packing and checking orders before they leave

• Making milkshakes and other drinks

• Keeping counter, customer and preparation areas clean and organised

• Helping the team keep everything running smoothly during busy periods

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• **Applicants must be aged 17 or over**

• Fluent and confident in spoken and written English

• Reliable, punctual and responsible

• Confident speaking to customers face-to-face and over the phone

• Able to remain calm and organised during busy periods

• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills

• Previous takeaway, restaurant, retail or customer-service experience is preferred

• **Must be able to arrange your own reliable travel to and from work, including after late-night shifts**

**IMPORTANT:** Some shifts may finish as late as **1:30 AM**. Please only apply if you can reliably travel to and from work without depending on public transport being available.
