Description
In december 2024 the car had a new cam belt and water pump - see receipt.
In past two months its had 2 new tyres, 2 new glow plugs and a new sensor for antilock brakes - all receipts photographed. The car passed its MOT in nov 2025.
Currently the car will start but not move, it stalls. This has happened twice now. The first time, the fault ‘cleared’ itself and the car was driving fine for a couple of months. This time it got us home but now refuses to move. About four months ago the dashboard engine management light did come on, but that cleared itself. On two other occasions, (when it initially stalls but will drive), the dashboard glow plug and ABS lights come on, but again they cleared. The rear interior light can flick on and off, the car alarm can play up and go off for no reason.
As I have spent so much money on the car, I now want to draw a line under it and move on. Its a good car. A couple of rust patches have been repaired.
The car will need to be towed/taken away as it won’t drive.
