About Us:
Harry Moore Commercials was founded in 1977 by Mr Harry Moore himself. Based from a mobile service van, Harry served his customers in Exeter & surrounding areas for many years.

In 1986 Harry was able to purchase a site in Exhibition Way, Exeter to form the head office for what was Harry Moore Group. After some successful years it became apparent that the business needed more workshop space. The workshop was then extended in 1993 to accommodate the expanding vehicle park in the area.

After continued expansion over the following years, it was necessary to purchase additional adjacent properties/yards to keep up with the space required for the ever increasing footprint of Heavy Goods Vehicles.

In 2011 the company took a major step by becoming an Authorised Repairer for Isuzu Trucks. Having been trading as an independent workshop for many years, this was a natural progression for the business which meant we could further build on our local customer base.

Harry Moore Group was subsequently incorporated in 2012 into Harry Moore Commercials Limited as we operate today.

After restructuring of Sister Company, Saltash Trucks Ltd, Harry Moore Commercials Limited added a Satellite workshop in Lee Mill (Ivybridge) to the company. Operating a full time ATF Lane with 3 large work bays, this was an ideal addition to the business which is well suited to cater to our customer base in the lower Devon/Cornwall areas.

In Early 2016 Harry Moore Commercials became an Iveco Authorised Repairer working in Partnership with Hendy Truck & Van to serve customers in Devon, Somerset & Cornwall.

In 2018 the Lee Mill Satellite became an Iveco Authorised Repair Point for Iveco Trucks & subsequently for Isuzu Trucks in 2019. Further concreting after sales support in surrounding areas for both brands.

In 2019 Harry Moore Commercials were awarded Full Dealership Status with Isuzu Trucks. This being the first major venture into New Vehicle Sales which was a milestone achievement for the company.
