Reporting To: Shift Managers

Location: Vale Business Park, Evesham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (rotating shifts: 7:30am 3:30pm and 10:00am 6:00pm)

Pay Rate: GBP14.36 per hour

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support the Warehouse Shift Manager in overseeing efficient picking, packing, and build operations in line with company KPIs. You will ensure goods are dispatched accurately and on time, meeting customer–specific requirements while supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Organise and sequence the release of ordersRequest and schedule delivery bookingsLiaise with the supply chain to confirm stock availabilityCreate work orders where requiredPrepare and prioritise daily plansCommunicate effectively with managers and team leaders to allocate resources and meet deadlinesSupport picking, packing, and palletising in line with customer requirementsSupervise assembly and packing of large ordersMaintain a safe, clean, and organised working environmentArrange transport for collections and deliveriesProduce shipping documents and proof of delivery paperworkUpdate and maintain Excel plans with delivery informationProvide cover for Shift Managers and other Team Leaders when required Requirements:

Previous experience as a Warehouse Team LeaderStrong understanding of warehouse operations (Goods In/Out, Picking & Packing, Stock Control)MHE licences (desirable)Experience using RF/WMS systemsGood knowledge of stock management processesStrong people management and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work as part of a teamGood understanding of Health & Safety requirementsCompetent in Microsoft Office To Apply:
