Erdington, Birmingham

14.00 per hour + Holiday Pay + Pension

Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm (Occasional Saturdays)

Temporary to Permanent after 13 weeks

We're recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for one of our reputable clients in Erdington. If you have experience in warehouse management and hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role as Warehouse Supervisor:

Supervise and lead a small warehouse teamOperate FLT and assist with general warehouse tasks as neededTrain new starters and support team developmentRespond to customer queries and manage email communicationsCreate and process orders and shipment paperworkMonitor and maintain stock control and inventory recordsWhat We're Looking For:

Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse settingValid FLT Counterbalance licence (in–date)Strong communication skills – written and verbalAttention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast–paced environmentReliable, punctual, and highly organisedWhat's in It for You?:
