Warehouse Operative –Earn GBP13.50 up to GBP30.19 p/h

Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's busy Distribution Centre.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives at Emerald Park, Folly Brook Road, BS16 7FE.

Opportunity to earn GBP459 weekly in the first 12 weeks of experience and GBP555 weekly after 12 weeks of experience on site. (Please note this is based on 34 hours worked a week)

This is an ongoing position with the possibility of going from temporary to permanent!

The rate of pay is GBP13.50 to GBP30.19 per hour

– First 12 weeks GBP13.50 per hour, weekends GBP17.41 per hour.

– After 12 weeks GBP16.33 per hour, weekends GBP20.41 per hour

+ Performance bonus

+ A weekend bonus of 20% is paid on top of the normal rate.

This is a full–time role working fixed shifts, 5 out of 7. The hours of work are:

– Chill 1:00pm to 9:30pm

Please be aware that finishing times in Chill vary based on daily volumes, with a latest finish time at 21:30.

This role would not be suitable for students due to shift requirements.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for handling goods and your day–to–day duties will include:

– Picking produce and selecting stock

– Stacking items into cages

– Delivering items and cages to the loaders

– Using manual handling equipment in a busy environment

Heavy lifting of up to 25kg is involved in this role.

Our ideal Warehouse Operative is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and can meet targets and deadlines.

You need to be able to speak English at a conversational level so that you can communicate easily and effectively with the team.

Experience in a similar role is required.
