Location: Leicester, LE4 1ET

Working hours: 40 per week

Shift: Rotating shifts

Week 1: 06:00–14:30 Mon–Fri

Week 2: 12:30–21:00 Mon–Fri

Salary: Base pay 21.70 per hour , 40 HOURS PER WEEK, HOURS WORKED OVER MONDAY TO FRIDAY

What You Will Be Doing

Performing service and repair of company fleet in line with planned maintenance schedules to ensure our vehicles and trailers are safe, legal and fit for dutiesCompleting signed service and inspection recordsCompleting defect reports and associated paperwork to comply with legal requirementsPreparing vehicles and trailers for annual MOT testing to ensure first time passPerforming ad–hoc vehicle repairs, investigating and rectifying vehicle defectsWhat Do You Bring With You

Your skill and applicable licenses our vocational training, e.g., LGV C&E license (class one)Knowledge of the use and operation of all automotive equipment and testing / troubleshooting equipmentAbility to lift and manoeuvre Heavy Vehicle ComponentsExperience with welding and basic D.C. electrical troubleshooting skillsValid driving license C+E no DD or DR endorsementsHGV level 3 in NVQ or City & GuildsWhat Do We Offer?
