Aureos are seeking a site supervisor.Thesite supervisoris a crucial part of Aureos' Substation Division and our Onshore Wind, Solar & Battery Team.Representingthe Project Manager, the CSS ensures all site construction activities are managed safely and efficiently. You will drive the SHEW culture, focusing on safety, health, environment, and wellbeing, while managing relationships with contractors and leading site operations.

You will play a fundamental role in providing a safe working environment and ensuringprojects run on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe following:Lead by example on all Site matters related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Wellbeing (SHEW) to engage positively with the team.Ensure Contractors align with SSE Safety Management System, promoting proactive safety management among Principal Contractors.Contribute to, review, andmonitorthe deliverability of Site Delivery Programmes, minimizing program risks.Be familiar with construction standards and ensure materials and workmanshipcomply withrequired quality standards.Maintain a comprehensive documentation system for site drawings and ensure its accuracy and accessibility throughout the project.Skills,qualificationsand experience:Basic project management skills focusing on risk management for delivering projects on scope, time, cost, and quality.Experience in fixed price and target cost contract management, strongly supported by commercial contract frameworkexpertiselike NEC3/4.Proventrack recordin site management, meeting deadlines, and thriving in contract environments.Solidexpertisein Safety, Health, and Environmental construction requirements and legislation including CDM along with current SMSTS & BESC accreditation.Proactive and communicative,you'recomfortable leading discussions and negotiations with stakeholders across functional business structures.In return you will receive:Generous Salary25 days Holiday plus Bank HolidayPensionLearning & Development opportunitiesAssistanceand wellbeing supportCycle to work schemeEmployee benefits portalOn–site parkingReferral Scheme
