L&D Consultant (AI and Data)

We are looking for an experienced L&D Consultant (AI and Data) to join a public sector organisation in London. This temporary role focuses on designing and delivering learning and development initiatives specifically tailored to AI and data within the Human Resources department.

Description

Develop a coherent, organisation-wide learning strategy that builds confidence, capability and responsible use of data and AI.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.

Design engaging and effective training materials tailored to the public sector environment.

Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements.

Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and data to ensure content relevance.

Provide expert advice to the Human Resources team on AI and data learning strategies.

Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

Profile

Extensive experience in L&D strategy, organisational development, or talent management at a senior/strategic level.

Significant experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level data, digital or AI capability strategies.

Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, data literacy, responsible/ethical AI use, and emerging industry trends.

Demonstrated expertise in building structured learning pathways and capability frameworks.

Experience working with apprenticeship levy-funded programmes and/or accredited technical learning pathways.

Proven ability to work at a strategic level and influence senior stakeholders.

Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Job Offer

An hourly pay rate between PAYE: £59.26 per hour OR Limited/Umbrella: £80.00 per hour
