Are you an experienced Head of Income looking for your next interim challenge?

I’m working with a well-regarded Housing Association in Berkshire that is seeking a confident and driven leader to take ownership of their income service during a key period. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you can make a real difference from day one.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will lead the income function, ensuring strong performance across rent collection and arrears management while supporting wider organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the income service, including managers and wider teams

* Drive rent collection performance and implement effective arrears reduction strategies

* Review and improve processes, policies, and service delivery

* Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to the team

* Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation

About You:

* Proven experience operating at Head of Income level (or equivalent) within housing

* Strong background in income management, rent collection, and arrears recovery

* A confident leader with experience managing large teams

* Able to quickly assess, stabilise, and improve service performance xjnqpsq

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced interim environment
