Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading organisation on a 3–month fixed–term contract to start ASAP. The role is based in Hemel Hempstead and focuses on delivering key HR support and advice to the business.

Client Details

This is an opportunity to join a respected, nationally renowned organisation based in Hemel Hempstead. The company is a medium–sized enterprise, known for its commitment to operational excellence and delivering high–quality services to its clients. Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join them initially on a 3 month FTC basis with possibility for extension. The ideal candidate will be well versed with the employee lifecycle, in particular being able to manage a high volume of employee relations cases from end to end. The role is based on site in Hemel Hempstead full time.

Description

Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with company policies and procedures.Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.Ensure HR records are accurate and up–to–date, maintaining compliance with GDPR regulations.Advise on employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, supporting organisational goals and objectives.Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data–driven decision–making.Provide guidance on training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance.Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.A proactive approach to problem–solving and decision–making.CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.Live locally to Hemel HempsteadJob Offer
