Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver (Morning Shift)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (Morning Shift)

Espack is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our team on a permanent morning shift.

Key Responsibilities: Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.Loading and unloading vehicles.Driving a company van between sites as required (must have a clean driving license)Transporting stock and materials between our locations.General warehouse duties, including stock movement and organisation.Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Requirements: Valid Counterbalance FLT licence or Reach FLT licence (both preferred).Comfortable driving a van and travelling between sites when required.Physically fit and happy to be active throughout the shift.This role involves a high amount of walking, with a large number of steps completed each day.Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic.Previous warehouse experience is desirable. What We're Looking For: We need someone who is dependable, motivated, and enjoys working in a fast–paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing FLT duties with hands–on warehouse work and regular movement throughout the day.
