Job Overview

Position: FLT Driver (Reach & Counterbalance)Salary: 15.72 per hour (OT 1.5X multiplier available)Location: Skelmersdale (WN8 9PE)Contract Type: Temporary – ongoingSchedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekShift Pattern: Rotational (06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00) – must be flexible for both

Responsibilities

Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move pallets efficiently throughout the warehouse.Perform essential warehouse tasks, including stock replenishment, put–aways, and bringing stock to production lines.Complete tasks accurately to meet site targets and KPIs.Assist with manual lifting as and when required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid, in–date Reach and Counterbalance accredited license.Minimum of 6 months of operational experience within the last 2 years.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast–paced environment.Experience working towards targets or KPIs.Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
