Description
Red Sky are looking for Class 2 Drivers on a permanent, full–time basis at Heathrow Airport. This role will involve driving and loading/unloading of metal containers. The drivers are responsible for loading and unloading, preparing, and cleaning, and operating a vehicle for delivery/collection duties. You will be working mainly airside at LHR so must be able to pass all approvals to gain an airside pass.
Duties
• Inspecting vehicle and complete necessary paperwork for operation.
• Loading and unloading products.
• Delivering of ULD s, Pallets and Nets to various locations.
• Resolving client s issues when necessary.
• Driving vehicles through different routes mainly airside at LHR.
Essential
Must be reliable and self–motivated. Strong time Management and customer service skills. Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy goods for extended periods. Attention to detail. Clean Driving licence with C+ 1E. (Class 2 preferable)
Hours of work/ Salary
Full Time: Shift 4 on 4 off Hours: 0700 –19.00 (1 hour for lunch) Starting Salary: GBP29.5k + shift pay Annual Leave: 20 days + 8 days UK Bank Holidays
