Description
Class 2 Driver– Temp to Perm – Leicester
Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Class 2 Driver for a temp–to–perm position with our client in Leicester. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential to become a full–time employee after a successful trial period.
The role involves delivering steel and metalwork to construction sites nationwide. You may also deliver and collect construction plant equipment, such as scissor lifts or cherry pickers.
The key details are:
Up to 4 deliveries per day to locations nationwideExperience in strapping and securing steel productsPlant experience would be preferred but not essential as training givenMonday to Friday starting between 05:00 and 07:00GBP16.50 p/h (GBP18.50 inc. holiday pay, accrued weekly)28 days accrued holiday (pro–rata)Ongoing workShifts from 8 to 10 hours, depending on destinations Requirements
LGV C licence1 years experience, due to insurance criteria
