Class 2 Driver in Sheffield

Ideal Recruit is pleased to offer a permanent, full–time opportunity for Class 2 (LGV C) drivers in the Sheffield area.

This is stable, year–round employment with consistent work on a 5 shifts per week – will include some weekends on rota basis.

You will be working with a well–established and reputable company based in Sheffield.

This role is ideal for reliable drivers looking for long–term, secure employment with regular hours and competitive pay.

Pay rate (PAYE):

Days: GBP15.11 per hour.

Nights: GBP16.92 per hour.

Key responsibilities:

– HGV Class 2 driving, safely delivering parcels to a Delivery Unit

– Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles

– Keeping paperwork updated and accurate

Candidate requirements:

– HGV Class 2 driving entitlement (category C).

– Valid Driver s CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.

– 6 months of experience as a class 2 driver.

– No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.

– Complete onsite assessment.
