Location: Southampton (Bond Recruit Limited)

Hours: 15 hours per week, spread across 3 days

Bond Recruit Limited is a specialist recruitment agency, working closely with clients and candidates across the construction industry. We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Lead Generator to support our busy team.

About the Role

This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in supporting our consultants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Calling candidates and building strong relationships.

Assisting with market research and gathering industry information.

*

Helping to fill jobs brought in by our consultants.

*

Carrying out general administration tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident on the phone and enjoys speaking with people.

*

Organised, proactive, and able to manage their time effectively.

*

Comfortable using basic IT systems and keeping records up to date.

*

Interested in recruitment, sales, or administration (experience is helpful but not essential).
