Description
A London based Commercial Fit-out contractor is currently completing a Fit-out project based in the Golden Valley in Cheltenham.
They need a Site Manager to help meet the project completion deadline.
The UPS room and associated Fit-out is complete. They are looking for someone, ideally with a carpentry background, to oversee the agreed variations and manage the installation of 20 Fire doors and 3 security doors.
Experience fitting high-spec doors would be beneficial.
A Site Manager is required from the end of September for 3 months.
Due to the nature of the facility, you will need to be BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) – checked. The contractor will organise and pay the cost for this to be completed.
You will need to have.
Carpentry experience (Ideally), CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
Experience of working in commercial office environments.
