Description
Seeking an experienced Roofer for a residential construction site in Cardiff. Operating at the site in Llandaff, you will carry out slating, tiling, and flat roofing system installations. All candidates must possess valid eligibility credentials and have the right to work in the UK. If you are interested and ready for an immediate start, please apply today!
Key Duties:
- Install roof tiles, natural slates, and flat roof membranes (felt, EPDM, hot melt).
- Install timber roof trusses, breathable felt lining, and batten grids.
- Repair flashings, lead work, gutter systems, and downpipe assemblies.
- Perform structural roof deck repairs, replacing rotted timber boards safely.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card in Roofing or Carpentry/Joinery.
- Comfortable working at heights and wearing full safety harness.
- Own hand tools including slating hammers, knives, and lead dressing tools.
- Right to work in the UK (passport or share code verified).
