MULTI-SKILLED HANDYPERSON / HANDYMAN – £250–£280 PER DAY
Birmingham | Full-Time | Ongoing Work | Immediate Start
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Multi-Skilled Handypersons / Handymen to carry out general property maintenance, repairs and refurbishment work across Birmingham.

The Role
* Carry out general property maintenance and repairs
* Carpentry and joinery work
* Repair doors, handles, locks, shelves and fittings
* Minor plumbing repairs
* Basic electrical work where qualified
* Plastering, filling and making good
* Painting and decorating
* Tiling and general finishing work
* Install and repair fixtures and fittings
* Carry out minor refurbishment works
* Identify practical solutions to maintenance issues
* Keep work areas clean, safe and organised
* Follow health and safety requirements

Requirements
* Good practical and hands-on skills
* Knowledge across several trades
* Reliable and punctual
* Hardworking and responsible
* Good attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Willing to learn and develop
* Own tools preferred
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* CSCS or relevant qualifications where applicable
* Right to work in the UK
