We are looking for reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourers to join construction and refurbishment projects across Birmingham.

The Role

* Assist tradespeople and site teams with daily work
* Load, unload and move materials around the site
* Prepare work areas and materials
* Assist with construction, refurbishment and maintenance work
* Carry out basic practical and hands-on tasks
* Use basic hand tools where required
* Keep work areas clean, safe and organised
* Support carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers and other trades
* Follow site instructions and health and safety requirements

* Reliable and punctual
* Hardworking and responsible
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* Basic practical and hands-on skills
* Willing to learn and follow instructions
* Good attitude and strong work ethic
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK
